If you've been here, you know it is usually ran by a family. (son, daughter, mother, father) I have only interacted with the daughter twice. She is completely dead inside and just talking to her will make you feel like you did something wrong.

Love there food as well as the young lady & young man that work the front counter (she is a sweetheart, she NEVER forgets to offer you sauces) & THEY DELIVER!!!!

Like a month ago it looked like I just gave you guys a quarter but I put in another tip. I swear I wouldn't just tip a quarter but this is keeping me up at night and I had to let you know lol

More chicken than rice in both combination meals!! Great prices too! We'll definitely be going here again

Fried dumplings arrived burned. Overall not a great taste at all. I ordered lo mein and honey chicken. I've had way better!!!

Great food always! Have never had anything bad here. Its delicious. And for those saying it takes a long time...they make it fresh so of course it takes time. Well worth the 10 to 15 min wait.

Great place for takeout. I really enjoyed the Gen Tsou chicken. Was not a huge fan of the wanton soup, it seemed to have a bit of sweetness to it. The pork fried rice had huge pieces of pork and tasted great. This will be our go to Chinese restaurant in the area.

The food is always great and is ready in a decent time! There are places closer to where I live but I have no problem driving further for this place!

This is our family's favorite take out spot. Affordable & clean. Personal favorites are the house fried rice and the General Tso's chicken.

The wonton soup tasted like chicken livers, and the Szechuan Beef was so grisly we couldn't enjoy it. The Szechuan Pork wasn't as bad, but still a little grisly.

Good food

First time going to this place and we love it... Food was great flavor was on point...

It was the ‘fav place’ chosen by our 7 grandchildren for dinner. Cost was higher than we figured although it was a pleasure watching them enjoy several trips for more food. Dessert on top of salad and dinner makes me rethink the price wasn’t so bad for eleven of us.

We've tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area, and China Star is by far the best. The food is fresh and made to order and the service is always quick and friendly. The Hubs especially loves that they customize his order and make it extra spicy. The menu is extensive and you can't go wrong, no matter what you order.

Absolute worst egg roll ever I am 51 years old had to spit out egg roll to keep from vomiting!!!!! The chicken was good would have rather had a choice from the White rice do not like white rice!!!!

The staff are so nice. The store is very clean. I have been shopping here as well as the Bealls which is next door for over two years now. They carry current fashions and more. Highly recommend.

I ordered two house entrees, which included chicken, and fried rice. I choose orange chicken meals, and an egg roll. After waiting 20-25 minutes my order was ready to go. After getting home I was satisfied with the orange chicken meal that was for me, but my husband tasted a strange citrus taste in all of his orange chicken, after tasting it myself, it was horrid. It tasted like I was eating chicken that was cooked in with orange, lime, and lemon peels, disgusting. Along with that, my eggroll tasted like it sat out for way too long and I received all white rice instead of fried. In addition, the fortune cookies were stale as well. This was single handily the worst meal I've ever eaten. Please, spend your money else where.

This place has by far the worst Chinese food we ever had. It was horrible. It had no taste. The egg rolls were empty nothing inside. We threw it out. And will never ever get Chinese anywhere in the Apollo beach area.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Ruskin area. Food & service are great. The Szechaun Chicken, Boneless Spare Ribs, Chicken Teriyaki Sticks, Fried Rice & Lo Mein are always on point.

Great food, awesome service, I have been using them for 3+ years

The food was really good; however, I had to deduct stars because we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. So many people came in after us and left long before us. Some of those folks called in, but some did not. I don't understand the lengthy wait. It was frustrating because we were hungry. Therefore 3 stars is all I can give. My child wants me to give 1 point also because of the wait.

Love their chicken with broccoli. They also have lower prices than other Chinese places around and they deliver now which makes it even more convenient :)

Definitely some good take out... however horrible and rude customer service. Order was wrong... they argued claiming “their food comes in white containers”Umm yes I’m aware of the primary color white... and I’m familiar with Chinese food containers... however your contents in these “white containers” wasn’t correct. It would’ve been mildly understandable but once the lady began to be rude... I hung up and won’t ever go back.

Its a ghost town. No one or no other businesses. The young man very nice. The lady don't smile. I have to believe that food can't be fresh because if no one eat or drives there you know they are reheating old food

Really good food! We love the mei fun noodles and sweet n sour chicken. And everyone is very nice. SIDE NOTE: Very generous with the extra packets of sauce fortune cookies hot mustard and duck sauce which is ALWAYS way too much and never used so makes me feel guilty when thrown out. Would be good to ask if they are needed as I’m sure other throw out. So much plastic ends up in our oceans.

really friendly staff, one of my favorites is the Foo young especially the pork they do the best pork dishes, but the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the Wantons! the Wanton soup is the best with a great flavor.

Horrible food horrible service wouldn’t ever order from them any more the never got my order right.

All 3 of my egg foo young was burnt, tasted terrible I didnt even finish them. The gen tsos chicken wasnt even spicey. Just sad I cant find decent chinese food here in FL. No one beats the chinese food up north in new england yet.
